I removed the meat drawer and shelving unit. I unscrewed the Philips head screws on either side of the shelf brackets. I cleaned the old surfaces and fitted the new plastic hangers in place. I screwed the new hangers in place with the screws I had from the old ones. It was very easy, except the holes in the plastic hanger are not quiet big enough for the screws. I had to push very hard with the screwdriver, and started to strip the head of the screw as well at the screwdriver itself. I did not get the screw completely in. My husband will try with the drill.
