Had a repairman come out - he said it was the control panel and he couldn't get the parts as they were $200 and non returnable.. I looked at you tube and AppliancePartsPros - identified the two needed parts and ordered them for $83 - they were here is two days and my wife and I replaced the needed parts in about ten minutes - took out and replaced 10 screws and it came out great
