Replaced the entire bottom plastic frame. It looks like they redesigned the rails, hopefully they won't break off so easily this time. If you make this repair as well, make sure you remove the metal rail from the old frame and install on the new one before putting everything else back on. Install time includes taking the time to clean the fridge, the glass shelf and all other parts that had somehow accumulated a bit of grime over the past 8 years :)
