The track on the snack pan shelf broke. Also, I had a broken regular shelf where the front plastic edge had fallen off. These were original shelves on a 7-year-old refrigerator. Found the replacement parts on AppliancePartsPros. They arrived in a couple of days. Replacing the shelves was very easy. These were the right parts and they fit perfectly. The hardest part was dealing with all our food on the broken shelves!
