7 YO Samsung 407 frontload washer had been making thumping and other strange noises and vibrating a lot. Basket was tilted about 1/2" on the rotating axis. Clothes were very wet and took 2-3 trips through the dryer to dry. I watched a couple youtube videos on the repair, and took the machine apart to verify the problem was the spider. Sure enough- lots of corrosion and one arm was cracked all the way through. Ordered parts from this company because of shipping speed and price. Arrived in 2 days, and they were the right parts. Ordered the inner bearing seal just because it is inexpensive and the machine was apart. If no water gets to the bearings, and they are properly greased, I figure they ought to last. Was unsure about ordering the screws (seem a bit pricy), but 2 snapped off and was glad I did. I did use lock-tite on the bolt that holds the motor's rotor to the shaft during reassembly. Machine works like new now. I figure we will break even on the repair costs if the machine lasts another year. Very happy with this company, but this will be our last Samsung washer/dryer.
