First I unplugged it always smart right....then I placed the unit back in the hole and there was a tiny screw missing that held it in place. I searched and found a screw I could rig it with,then I got on line and found y'all. I was so excited to get the Timer Knob and it worked GREAT:) I was using a pair of pliers to turn the knob but was really worried I might snap the metal post so I was over joyed to get that part so easy and fast!!
