I slid the drawer until it stopped. Then I lifted the front of the drawer a little and continued to pull the drawer foward until it came out of the track it glides on. Then to install the new drawer I reversed the above mentioned steps. I actually did both of the crisper bins (drawers) the one was broken and the other was cracked. Just a word of caution. Do not lean downwards on the bins when you are storing produce or you will break them. The bins are plastic and are meant to store produce. They're not made to support the weight of children or have people lean on them when they're having groceries put into them.... To submit my story I had to state what tools I used. When I submitted "other" it would not let me post my story. In a nut shell. I used my 2 hands. It's a super easy job. If there's anyone in your house that lacks common sense. Warn them the bins are fragile and not to lean on them. Or give the individual or individuals the bill for the parts!
