I followed the video on the website. This was my first time trying to do a repair on a washing machine. The video was well done and easy to follow and I fixed the machine in less then fifteen minutes. Impressed myself and everyone else! Not that I want anything else to break, but if it does I am definitely using your company for parts and the video tutorial.
