Disassembled and removed the wheel-mounts from both sides of the rack, replaced them with a new Adjuster Kit from AppliancePartsPros.com. The only hard part was disassembly--mine was a compatible but older model, so the linked instructional video did not actually show me how to take it apart! But the video did make assembly easy and unambiguous. I saved a ton of money over having to replace the whole rack.
