I followed the video and was done fixing both wheels in 10 minutes. I used a flathead screwdriver to help remove the small end pieces so I could slide the rack out. I turned it upside down, took off the the old wheels, put on the new ones, slid the rack back in, put on the end pieces to secure the rack and done!
