I researched and found that the drum seal was probably the culprit. I then went online to watch your video on repairing. I ordered the part from you and it arrived very quickly. I then found my video and the repair guy sat on my washer as I repaired the dryer. He was very thorough with the details and it was actually very easy to repair. I am using the dryer today and it is drying faster too. I love your company, I have ordered from you before and with the repair video fixed it myself!
