Very easy fix. Turned of power at breaker. Removed oven door by lowering two "keepers" on the hinges for the oven door and sliding the door out of the oven. Removed the trim plate at bottom of oven by pushing it up.. Removed 2 screws that mount to the frame of the cabinet at the bottom that the trim plate hangs from. Then removed 4 screws that hold the oven into the cabinet at either side of the oven. Put two 5 gallon buckets in front of the oven and slid the oven out onto the side-by-side buckets. The oven was not heavy. Removed the top of the oven held in by 5 or 6 screws. Removed the wire mesh at the back of the fan (4 screws) and removed the 4 screws that hold the fan in place. Two wires are connected to the fan, white wire at the top terminal, black wire at the bottom terminal. Slid the connectors off and removed the fan. Replaced with the new fan and put it back together. The whole job probably took 40 minutes and I suspect that just about anyone could do this.
