Tools required, needle nose pliers, phillips head screw driver, pencil and paper. Disconnect power supply to stove. Remove the screws holding the control panel (two screws in front under the panel at each end) 4 screws in back. Lay control panel over stove top. Hold new switch up and make sure the electrical spade connectors are in the same location. Make a drawing on paper where the Red wires (single wires) and black wire (single wires) and Red wire series wires and Black wire series wires are. This will be your back up in case you get mixed up which wire went where. Use the needle nose pliers and remove all the wires from the switch. Remove the two mounting screws from the front of the switch, remove switch. Reverse order to install. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
