Purchase igniter mechanism, turn off electricity, loosen grey burner top by turning about one third around and lifting. You will see the ignighter mechanism, note two wires and where each is attached to the prongs of the ignighter. Remove the wires if not stuck then unscrew two screws that hold the broken ignighter in place with Phillips, jiggle the ceramic ignighter to remove from the burner. Now if they were stuck you can remove the two wires from the ignighter more easily by using flat head screw driver to loosen the clasp that holds the wires to the prongs. Once loosened pull only on the clasp not the wire! Jiggle the new ignighter in place, screw in the Phillips screws, carefully replace the wires to the correct prongs. Tighten with pliers.
