I watched the instructional video and it went exactly like the video! I've never fixed an appliance before (I'm 56yo woman), and I was determined to fix it myself. It took me 10 minutes to swap out the switch, and it took me an hour to clean the disgusting mess I found when I pulled the stove out!!
