Frank T Springdale , AR April 29, 2018 Appliance: Model MEC7430BBOO One burner only worked while holding the knob down and another burner popped and then wouldn't go off, so I pulled the circuit breaker I found your company online, Chris diagnosed the problem, ordered the switches, I got them the next day, and it took about 3 hrs to swap them.
