Regina F Peoria , AZ July 03, 2021 The carousel was not turning. I simply removed the turntable coupler and replaced it with a new one! The carousel turntable is now rotating as it did when I first purchased the microwave years ago. Totally happy because I did not need to buy a new microwave.
