Pulled out the wall mounted oven and could only find a small burn looking spot on the circuit board, so the electrician ordered the circuit board from AppliancePartsPros.com and came to reinstall the unit when it arrived. Tried oven twice, and the odor seems to have disappeared, so I guess we bought the right component. Fast service and so thankful that we could talk to a real person when we called to be sure we were ordering the right part. Ya'll are TOPS in our book! Thanks.
