I first went to a BIG name home improvement store. I asked an employee there in the appliance center if I could order a replacement I was told that I would have to replace the whole stove top for about 300 some dollars. I then looked on the internet and found you guys. I compared prices including Sears and GE the manufacturer. Needless to say for various reasons (disappointments) this business got my money. Wise investment. I got the part that was broke, not a whole stove, I paid what I thought was reasonable. The best part is it arrived at my home in 1.5 days.
