A few years back, I had a repairman come out to fix this same problem. I watched what he replaced. The cost was $300 for service call, labor and the part (capacitor). Recently this same problem happened again. I looked up the part number of the capacitor on Google Search and found that the price was under $7.50 for the part. So, I went and ordered 2 of them. Replacement was easy. Remember to pull the fuse breaker to cut power. It took all of 5 minutes to replace this capacitor. A/C unit is blowing cold air again.
