The chute door was a very simple fix, I simply popped the front cover off the refrigerator, then took 2 screws out of the panel that has the controls on it. This allowed it to be moved forward and the electric plug removed and then taped the panel uup on the fridge with tape. After that was out of the way it was just a matter of removing the clear plastic ice guide and the housing that holds it, After removing that I was able to get to the pin that went through the holder for the new part I slid the pin out removed the old door housing or holder, attached the new one and put everything back together. It took about 15 to 20 minutes max to do the complete job.
