Richard E Hillsboro , IL July 18, 2015 After self cleaning cycle on my whirpool oven the elements would not heat looking i find the outsides cooling grids (top and bottom) were plugged with matter i cleaned these after getting on line Getting online with Appli Pros a lot of comments indicated the high temp thermostat seemed to be the problem.
