I was looking up how to clean the softener dispenser and came across your video on how to fix the agitator. I didn't really realize the agitator was not working correctly until I saw your video. I always thought something was not right though. ha! Anyway, I went ahead and purchased a new dispenser and repair kit for the agitator. I was able to fix it exactly as shown on your video.
