My husband took it apart, found that the fan was damaged and dragging against the side of the housing - hence the sound of a 747 landing! We ordered the part from you and received it the very next day (we paid extra for next-day shipping) - fabulous! My husband changed the part out and we're good to go - dryer sounds like a purring kitten now.
