I found the repair video by google-ing the problem description, ordered the part, & fixed the problem for $5 in about 10 minutes. It saved the cost of a new washer. I am mechanically inclined but never worked on an appliance before this. I could not be happier with this experience. The video service integrated with the part sales is pure genius.
