Lakhvinder K Sumas , WA January 06, 2019 Appliance: Whirlpool 30" Built-In Electric Double Oven Convection-Upper Self-Clean (Gold Line) YGBD307PDQ7 Whirlpool Oven Ygbd307pdq7: Code F1 E1 no display on panel. How to replace Cerama Bryte Cooktop Cleaner. All started when the oven went into self cleaning mode while in use. I turned off breaker to let it cool , after switching breaker back on it was completely dead, no panel display or oven lights. Since I couldn't see any codes, online search indicated faulty circuit board. Sent board in to fix your board, plugged it in still no change all though they claim they had found a fault and repaired. Further online search revealed a thermal fuse back of control panel which Whirlpool told me was part of harness and no longer available. Went to local electronics store and bought fuse for $4.00. Now the panel lights up with code F1-E1 which indicated faulty control touch panel which is what I suspected from the beginning, really don't think there was an issue with the circuit board! Ordered new control panel from APP, installed and now the lower oven works but not upper, does the usual pre heat cycle and all but no heat. Online, Gods claim the thermal sensor on back of unit is likely the culprit. Replaced thermal sensor now everything works. Joyce at APP was the most friendliest and helpful customer service rep I have ever dealt with. Because of her I will never shop anywhere else for appliance parts.
