After troubleshooting, I ordered a new water inlet valve since the problem had to be the solenoids not working correctly. On the other two positions, the water flow seamed to work very good. The water flow worked very well on all three positions after I replaced the water inlet valve. Not a difficult job and hopefully, this new valve will work for many, many years to come!
