My wife shut the water off, when she noticed it was still running after doing a load of laundry. She gave me (her husband) the details of what happened. At first I wasn't sure what the problem was, but had to be a faulty valve somewhere.
6 screws later the top of the washing machine was off. I located the water valve where the outside water connection was made and removed it. (2 clamps, one screw & 4 wires)
I blew through the cold and hot water sides and the cold blew straight through. The problem found, ordered part and 3 days later had the washing machine back up and running.
Cheers,
Jay
