Replaced the valve. Also replaced the old shutoff valve in the house and cleaned hose inlet screens.
As usual, it is never as easy as the YouTube videos show. I had to remove the backplate since the water connections were too long to pull it out with the backplate on. I also had to route the control wires differently than the old one since they are shorter. Overall no big deal.
The machine is working again as designed.
