Jane P Pflugerville , TX January 01, 2020 Condenser fan motor bearings bad. Replaced Fan Motor & Blade, not as easy as tutorial shows but doable, with 1/4" Ratchet & Socket with Magnet insert... Then just takes time & patience getting a hand in that small space.... Works fine now.... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
