Murat N Baltimore , MD November 21, 2021 Condenser fan motor failure. Replaced motor- the replacement of the motor was actually very easy and straightforward. What gave me trouble and took extra time was that I had some difficulty removing all of the screws that hold the motor frame in place because of tight quarters and I didn't have the best tools for the job. I would recommend this repair for any DIYer. Just make sure you have a small socket set that may need to fit into the tight areas and your job will go much smoother.
