I typed in the model number on the Appliance parts pro web site; found the parts I needed and ordered them. There were two different motor types for my model which they warned me about in the description. It was easy to see which one I needed because they had clear pictures of each and a video of how to replace both types. I choose to replace the motor, motor grommets and the fan compression ring just to be safe since the refrigerator is so old and the parts were relatively cheap.
I would highly recommend appliance parts pros as they made it very easy for me to do this repair, saving myself a lot of money.
