I ordered a new knob which came very quickly. Watched a video on how to install. Very clear very helpful.
Make sure you unplug the machine first. Followed exactly the steps in the video! The whole procedure takes just a few minutes.
One tip: After you remove old knob, make sure the dial plate, (it has an arrow on it which you use to choose cycle), is securely in place. Then install a new knob on the shaft.
