Ordered online with economy (7-day) shipping. The website was incorrect, listing 4 items (one for each burner). Customer service rep ordered 4 of one, as the manufacturer now makes one size for all 4. I called questioning my order, as I was concerned wire may be too short if the wrong one was ordered for all four. During this second call, the customer service rep determined that only one size was now made. She submitted feedback to the correct website, which has been done. My order arrived the next day. Thank you very much!
These were difficult to install since I was not able to disconnect the gas line and slide the stove out away from the wall in order to easily access the back panel. This took me about 5 hours to install. Now works like new.
I will definitely consider ordering from AppliancePartsPros again.
