The fix was simple, the Appliance Part Pros provided good knowledge and basic help to allow the fix to occur quickly. Empty fridge, have towel once you disconnect, to assure the existing ice that melts doesn't get all over the floor, clean out the entire inside before you install everything. Follow the testing procedure on the buttons inside the fridge.
