Both sides of the plastic tub enclosure, and the stainless steel drum as well. I used purple Scotch Brite for the stainless steel work great. I used a stiff brush to clean the inside tub enclosure. Extremely well made washer, I will continue buying this brand. To improve the longevity of the spider and its corrosion problem, it might be a good idea to powder coat it before installing.
