Don G Anderson , IN September 15, 2019 Appliance: Model ED2FHAXQ03 Could not get crushed ice from freezer Replaced Auger motor that had not worked since the tornado in March. Everything frozen by the time power came back. It took much longer than anticipated since I can't use my right arm due to a rotator cuff injury. It really needs two hands. The task could have been accomplished in 30 minutes otherwise. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 2+ hours
