Actually the part we ordered was delivered in a timely manner and was the correct part however, additional parts went out in the interim making a repair not cost effective. Having to return the part. The customer service representative was wonderful and knowledgeable. He sent a link for the return slip to be enclosed and said we should receive a refund within 10 days. Very easy. Would order parts from AppliancePartsPros again. Good customer service!
