Received the new part promptly and packed very well. The repair took about 15 minutes. Removed the plastic door with a flat head screwdriver took out two Phillips screws and reached the damper assembly. With a small flathead screwdriver I removed the old part, plugged in the new part, reassembled and problem solved. Thank you for great customer service.
