The AplliancePartsPros video which extremely helpful. Overall it was very simple and I'm thrilled I didn't waste money on a repair call. In my experience, there always seems to be a surprise the makes the job more difficult than expected. BEWARE, that would have happened here if I had not read another persons comments with the same Samsung model as me, WA456DRHDWR/AA. The lid on this model does not release quite the easy as on the video. This is because of an angled vertical post on both sides that goes up through the lid. It is located maybe 10 inches from the front edge. Knowing this in advance and watching a different video I found online allowed me to pop the lid up without problem. Washer is now running great without error!
