After a Google search and a few YouTube videos, we figured out the culprit and got the part number to order. No one locally had the part. I ordered online Monday at noon and it was here Tuesday at lunch. Easy replacement. Works like a charm. Called the help desk to find out we needed to mail our broken part back for a deposit return. The person on the phone was fabulous and talked me through the process to return. Simple procedure to get $55 back. Will definitely use them again.
