I watched the video, very instructive, but not precise. bought the replacement. started the project then discovered that the wire hookup was different than the old part. We contacted the help chat and got good assistance from Krystal. She followed up with research and informed me that the old extra wire was not necessary on the new model. Continued with installation, ran into another minor issue in that one of the 6 screw holes to attach the bracket was not a hole. I had to drill out my own and then I was able the attach. Unit operates, so all in all was fairly easy. took longer than the video suggested because of the above delays, should be about 30-45 min. project.
