I needed a part for a refrig repair job. The part had been discontinued, but after speaking, at length I might add, the csr was able to suggest an alternate part. I received the piece the very next day and it worked like a charm. Saved me big $$$$ from having to buy a new refrig. Thanks! A great experience!
