Found on line your store, so I called and was given advice on what to check and I did as per there request. Called back and told them what was going on and what I have checked out and was told I needed to replace the front soft key panel. Ordered part and installed (5 min job), hit the on button and works like a champ now?? Just a side note, I was asked if I wanted to buy their dishwasher cleaner a long with the order, so I did. Ran that through the cycle and dang if it didn't clean all the white stuff off the inside of the stainless door and sides. Best Buy I have made, the front panel and cleaner.
