Disassembled and cleaned upper and lower sprayers and also found chopper filter heavily clogged. I also found 2-3 small pieces of glass in the chopper assembly enclosure. Removed broken glass and cleaned the chopper assembly filter (suggest watching the site’s video on chopper assembly removal). Also cleaned all sprayer holes. Temporarily reassembled chopper assembly, which was slightly damaged, and reinstalled all components. Ordered new chopper assembly ( and two upper tray rollers which were worn). Received parts in one-week standard shipping, reinstalled and the unit works perfectly.
