I ordered a new Latch Assembly from AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced it. All works now. The new latch is a little bit different in shape but fits well. It will be nice if the latch assembly comes together with a new electrical connector. The old one was burnt out. It took me additional time to repair the connectors.
