Ordered a drain pump from App Parts Pro. Got it in a day! Easy removal of the old pump. The new one worked fine but unfortunately, that was not the issue. So pulled the unit out and discovered the drain hose was plugged—by coffee beans. How they got in there I have no idea. My advice: check the hoses first before ordering a $60 pump!
