Even though the drain motor seemed to work it didn't drain my dishwasher completely. I cleaned the drain hose of grease but still that didn't help. I finally ordered a replacement motor and it arrived 2 days after I ordered it. I swapped out the old one with the new one and boom everything works perfectly.
