I traced where the water was coming from and it was a broken heating element nut. I ordered the replacement nut and turned off the power to the dishwasher. I took the wire lead off the element connection and replaced the nut. I had ordered 2 of the nuts so could replace both of them while I was at it.
After the replacement of both I tested the dishwasher.
Worked great.
