David Cheung ( Blaine , WA November 02, 2015 Dishwasher was making horrible sound and the dishes were not being cleaned We searched online for possible problems and was lead to appliance parts pro. Although we could have purchased the part locally, the dealer would not allow returns if the part was incorrect. Appliance Parts Pro had a return policy. We were fortunate that the circulation motor was in fact the defective part and once replaced, the machine is working like new again. This was a great alternative since purchasing a new KitchenAid Dishwasher was over $1,000 and new ones did not have the features our 2008 version had. I.e. Heavy Duty cycle and 4 jet sprayers in the back. Unless of course we were willing to pay top dollars for their top of the line model. 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
